P00240101 – Bearing Insertion with Electrical Press
This project has been prepared under the flexible engineering conditions about to implementation of new refferences into the existing assembly station.
First the parts position and surface getting detected by high definition cameras via software.
The electrical cylinder inserts the specific bearing to hydraulic pump body and front plate of the body as well.
The electrical press is working up to 5 tons and the software provides insertion diagram with detailed force graphics.
